The "Event -> Live tracking" section becomes available one hour before the event's scheduled
start time. In
this section, you’ll see all accepted competitors who have opened a track on the RBR app and have an active
internet
connection.
Please note: Organizers won’t be able to see real-time location data for competitors who are riding
without an
internet connection.
During the ride, the app will continuously try to sync competitor GPS data with the server (and update results
and penalties). If there’s no internet connection, the app will store the data and upload it once a connection
is restored.
It’s strongly recommended to stay connected to mobile data (if possible in your area) during the event. If
mobile coverage isn’t available, consider using a Garmin inReach, SPOT, or a similar satellite tracking
device.
You can add multiple administrators to your event Team, and they will be able to access the live tracking page and provide support.
P.S. Live tracking for the public has a 10-minute delay, while event administrators see it in real time.
