RoadbookRally is a motorsport, off-road navigation, rally, enduro, and organized navigation platform. To provide its core features, We may collect, process and store data about your device location and your activity, including:

• GPS location and GPS tracking of your device while you use the Services;
• Live tracking of your position so that it can be shown in real time during events and tracks;
• Speed, heading, route progress, and timing data derived from your location;
• Replays — recorded location traces that can be played back after an activity;
• Results, scoring, rankings, and penalties calculated from your activity and timing data;
• Safety and SOS data — when you trigger an SOS or safety alert, or when an event uses safety monitoring, We process your location and related information to enable assistance.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

We collect and process location information when you sign up for and use the Services. We do not track your device location while you are not using the Services. In order for most of our core features (e.g., GPS activity tracking, live tracking, routes, replays, leaderboards, results) to function, you must grant us permissions in your device’s privacy controls to track your device location while you use the Services.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time (and stop the device location tracking), through Your Device settings. Disabling location access may prevent live tracking, replays, results, and safety/SOS features from working.

Who can see your location and replay data

We only make your location and replay data visible to others as described below:

• Event organizers and officials. When you register for or take part in an event or track, the organizer of that event or track, together with their officials, stewards, and assistants, can see your live location, replay, timing, results, and penalty data for that event or track. This is necessary to run the event, score it, and ensure safety.
• Other participants and the public. During live tracking and in replays, leaderboards, and results, your position and activity data may be visible to other participants and, where the event or track is public or where you choose to make your activity public, to the general public. You control the visibility of your own activities through your privacy settings, except for data that an organizer is entitled to see for an event or track you have joined.
• RoadbookRally staff. Our authorized personnel may access this data to operate the Services, provide support, prevent fraud, and respond to safety or SOS situations.
• Safety and SOS recipients. When you trigger an SOS or safety alert, or when an event uses safety monitoring, your location and related information may be shared with the event organizer, designated safety personnel, your emergency contacts, and, where appropriate, emergency responders, so that assistance can be provided.
• Legal and compliance. We may disclose data where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell your location or replay data. Outside of the cases above, we only share your location and replay data with third-party service providers that help us operate the Services, and only to the extent necessary to provide them.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, transaction information and data stored on our Site. You can request your account deletion by writing an email.
