How do I set the DSS (section) start times?

There are multiple ways to set the DSS start time in RBR.
Set the planned DSS start time for the class:
Go to Event Edit → Itinerary → Classes → Section → Edit link.
Here you can define the time when the first competitor is planned to start at DSS.
Set individual DSS start times for competitors:
Open the public event view → Start List, then click the edit icon under the column “Start time at DSS” to adjust each rider’s DSS start time individually — either before the event or on-site at the DSS start by the start referee.
You can also use the Start Times Generator to quickly create DSS start times for all competitors at once, and edit them later if needed.
