What is a Liaison or Road Section?

Liaison = Road section.
A Liaison or Road Section is a part of a route. It's the section outside of the timed Selective Section's DSS-ASS (Start-Stop) part.
In all the liaison zones, you need to follow the speed limits and validate waypoints as you would in other parts of the route. The main difference in these zones is that they are not timed sections of the route.
