P.S. You can run unlimited test/demo events. Your first real event - on us. No credit card. Full power. One time
    only
    (up to 20 competitors)!

How the event testing should be done?

        - First, test your event roadbooks/tracks using their PIN codes as many times as needed. All track
version data—replays, leaderboards, and any penalties—will be available for analysis.

        - Next, once you're satisfied with your roadbooks/tracks, you can do a full event test ride (optional)

    Event track access rights:

The event organizer (and "Event Team" members) can access all event tracks (roadbooks and GPX trails) in the
"RBR Roadbook Reader" app under the "My Tracks" page.

Test-ride event tracks by sharing the track PIN code:

When you set the event track visibility to "unlisted", you can share the track link or PIN code with anyone
for easy access for track ride-testing purposes (even before the event starts, or after it ends).
    Track
replay and leaderboard
will be available instantly and independently of the event results.
You can test-ride the track as
        many times
        as needed, upload
    new versions, test-ride again.
All track version data (replays, leaderboards, and any penalties incurred) will be available for you to
    analyze.

How can I test-ride an event itinerary before it starts?
You can allow selected competitors to test-ride the full event itinerary by setting their status to “tester.”

        - Access: Testers will see the event itinerary in the RBR Roadbook Reader app under
            My
Events, even before the event begins.

        - Visibility: Testers do not appear on the official start list, results, or public
replays. However, event administrators can view tester replays.

        - Test-ride limits: A tester’s penalties and replay are recorded only for their
            first
test ride (same as in the real event). If you need another attempt, delete the old test ride and
            record a new one.

        -
Multiple test-ride replays: For separate or partial test rides, use the event track
PIN codes. This allows each test ride replay to be saved and viewed individually. The “tester” status
is meant for testing the entire event itinerary.
