Number	Start time at DSS (Rolling Start with Time Window Competitor must pass (validate) the DSS waypoint while moving within a 60-minute window after the ceremonial roadbook/track start. If there’s no ceremonial start, simply pass through the DSS within your assigned 60-minute start window.
